Enter your hire date. The hire date will be used to determine eligibility for service retirement or early retirement. It will also be used to determine the factors used to calculate your retirement benefit.

Enter your current annual salary, rounded to the nearest dollar. The annual salary you enter will be used to calculate your Highest Average Compensation (HAC).

Enter your current Service Credit and Membership Service. Include any service purchased or in the progress of purchasing, excluding any "One-for-Five" Additional Service.
